Warm Cozy Porridge










  • 1 cup water 
  • ½ cup Rolled Oats. Cooked.
  • Yeast flakes
  • Olive oil , Butter, or other fat
  • salt (Umiboshi vinegar brine) or Shoyu
  • Toffee flavored Stevia

Lime juice is really nice also
